Cancellation Policy

- To cancel or reschedule, please use the online booking system no later than 48 hours in advance. If you must cancel within the 48 hours, please contact us directly at your earliest convenience. - Please note we may call you to confirm your booking or enquiry before your scheduled time slot to confirm any details. Should we fail to hear from you then your booking will be cancelled and work will not be completed. - When booking an emergency call out, installations or boiler repair; additional repairs may be required once we have completed the diagnostic. Should this be required, we will inform you of the total added cost before proceeding further. - Our initial visit to quote for a boiler installation is free of charge. We will provide you with the full cost of replacement within 1 working day.
