This is a frequently asked question! All of your gas appliances need to be serviced on an annual basis to ensure they are work safely and efficiently. Even new boilers need to serviced annually otherwise it is likely your warranty will be voided!

How often do my gas appliances need servicing?

How much does a new boiler cost?

The price of a new boiler can vary vastly on the style of boiler you choose and how much work is required in order to complete the job. A starting price of £1500 would be a for an easy swap and standard boiler.

Do you offer 0% finance options?

Yes, I offer Klarna to purchase most of our services. You are able to pay via Klarna through our booking form on our website.

A frequently asked question- How do I keep my energy costs down?

The best way to keep costs down is by setting your boiler heating temperature to 60 degrees. Simply adjust the dial or display setting on the front of your boiler to reflect this. Some boilers may have an eco light appear.

How do the emergency call outs work?

Please contact me at any hour if you're in need of an emergency call out, if I am available I will attend. I will ask you on the phone what the issue is and your location. I will do my best to give you a desktop diagnostic and approximate call out fee and ask you to confirm if you wish for me to attend.

Do your prices include tax?

Yes the prices stated online or we agree in person all include tax, unless stated otherwise. Additional costs may be parts or extra time to complete the job but this will be discussed at the time.
